Athos Villas is located on the Athos peninsula, near the enchanting sandy beach of Komitsa and few kilometers away from the village Nea Roda.

The complex is formed by 11 modern, super – luxury holiday homes, tasteful furnished and equipped for all-season stays. The villas are built in front of the sea among olive and elm trees. 

Athos Villas feature 2 bedrooms with one double and 2 single beds . Every Villa consists of a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a private terrace.

Athos Deluxe Villas consist of 2 bedrooms with one double and 2 single bedsDeluxe villas offer a living room with fireplace, a full equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with shower on the main floor. Wooden interior stairs leading upstairs. There are a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Also villas have private terrace, balcony and garden.

Athos Executive Villa is a two floor villa. The first floor consists of big furnished living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, one bathroom with shower.. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Also villa have private terrace, balcony and garden.

All rooms are equipped with individual air-condition, central heating,double size bed, bathroom with shower, bathroom amenities, bath towels and bed linen, bathrobe and slippers, wireless internet connection, hairdryer, natural bath amenities, cosmetic mirror, baby crib upon request, electronic safe, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dish washer, fridge freezer, steam iron and ironing board ,LCD TV in the living rooms and in one bedroom per villa, satellite TV, DVD player, individual oversized deck chairs, sitting area on the terrace.
